About me

Data analytics and AI literacy coach at SCMP, helping leaders turn complex analytics into clear narratives and actionable decisions.

Who I am

I blend ancient wisdom with modern tools to explore how we build resilience, create personal systems, and live with intention in an age of algorithmic noise.

My work sits at the intersection of philosophy, psychology, and product—where I help people understand themselves and their world better through data, design, and deliberate practice.

What I explore

Building resilient personal systems — Designing workflows and habits that work with your brain, not against it. How small systems compound into meaningful change.

AI as a thinking partner — Using language models and data tools to accelerate thinking and creativity, while staying grounded in human judgment and intuition.

Building in public — Sharing work as it happens. Learning from feedback. Overcoming the perfectionism and fear that keeps ideas locked away.

Clarity in complexity — Taking overwhelming information and finding the signal. Writing that explains difficult concepts simply.

My stance on AI

I see AI as a powerful tool to accelerate workflows and augment human creativity, not replace it. The future isn’t about AI doing your thinking for you—it’s about humans using AI to think better, faster, and more clearly.

AI excels at pattern-finding, drafting, and iteration. But it struggles with real judgment, context, and the kind of meaning-making that only humans bring. My approach: use AI to handle the mechanical parts, preserve your attention for what matters.
